Booking
01 Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule your booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
02 Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, bookings can be cancelled within the allowed cancellation period. Please contact us to process the cancellation.
03 Can I choose my photoshoot location for outdoor shoots?
Yes, you can suggest your preferred outdoor location. Our team will guide you if any permissions or travel arrangements are required.
Payment
04 What payment methods are accepted?
Earlier the best. Our booking is based on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
05 What are the payment terms?
Clients are to pay a deposit of 50% (unless otherwise stated) upon booking.
06 Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges beyond what is stated in our photography packages. However, we do not cover any extra fees from entrance tickets to photoshoot locations.
07 Do I need to pay for the crew’s travel fees and accommodation?
Your coordinator shall provide the charge based on the location.
Outdoor Photoshoot
08 What do I need to prepare for the shoot?
A packing list will be recommended to you by your coordinator after the booking.
09 Will there be meals provided?
We do not provide any meals during the photoshoot sessions.
10 What happens if it rains?
If the rain is light, the shoot will continue if there is an option for an indoor area for the photographers to shoot and we recommend a transparent umbrella to go with. If the rain gets too heavy, we will either wait out the rain or move to a sheltered alternative.
Delivery
11 How will I receive my photos?
The soft copies will be available for your download.
12 How long will it take for my photos to be edited?
Casual: 4 weeks.
13 When will I get my photo album?
Album production takes 4 weeks after approval and shipping takes an average of 1 week.

14 Do I have to pay for the shipping fees of my photo album?
Yes. Shipping fee is applicable to all places in and out of kerala.
